Built For It All

How it works

Train properly. Understand yourself. Keep it.

The Foundation is a coaching programme, not a course. You train, you eat better, you check in, and you learn what has actually been getting in the way.

The physical work is the spine of the programme. The education explains what may be affecting your choices so the result does not disappear when life gets busy.

Complete the application and book a short fit call with Suzanne. This gives us the chance to talk through your goals, the most suitable route and whether The Foundation is right for you.

The training

Real strength training, progressed week by week.

Strength and body composition come first. Your starting point is assessed, the training is written for you and it is progressed as you get stronger.

  • A structured 12-week strength programme
  • Coached technique, tempo, load and progression
  • Independent sessions delivered through TrueCoach
  • Nutrition education and a realistic eating structure
  • Recovery, sleep and energy built into the plan
  • Baseline, Week 6 and Week 12 progress reviews

Six connected areas

Six connected areas. One woman.

These are not six separate problems and they are not six diagnoses. They are six ways of understanding what may be affecting how you feel, behave and make decisions.

01

Brain

How you think, process information, respond to pressure and make decisions.

02

Body

How you move, feel, perform, recover and experience yourself physically.

03

Biology

Your health, hormones, sleep, energy, life stage and other physical changes.

04

Identity

Who you believe you are, what you expect from yourself and whether you still feel like yourself.

05

Relationships

Your relationship with yourself, other people, food, exercise, work and technology.

06

Environment

The people, places, demands and systems around you that make your choices easier or harder.

Behaviour is what we often see on the outside. These six areas help us explore what may be shaping it.

How the 12 weeks work

The 12-week journey

  1. 01

    Understand

    Weeks 1–3

Establish your starting point, build the physical foundations, notice current patterns and identify what matters most now.

  2. 02

    Rebuild

    Weeks 4–8

Progress your training, build realistic nutrition and recovery structure, connect the six areas and practise adapting when life changes.

  3. 03

    Own

    Weeks 9–12

Consolidate your physical progress, practise making decisions, prepare for setbacks and build your Personal System.

The physical result remains visible throughout. The deeper coaching explains what may be affecting your actions; it does not replace training, nutrition or accountability.

Weekly rhythm

One week at a time, applied in your real life.

Train
Coached strength sessions plus one independent session each week
Learn
One short piece of education connected to what you are training and living
Apply
One practical action to use during the week, not a list of twenty
Check in
A weekly check-in and feedback so nothing drifts for a month unnoticed

Imperfect weeks

High, medium and low capacity.

Some weeks you have everything. Some weeks you have very little. Every week of the programme has three versions so you can keep going instead of stopping.

High capacity
Full training, full structure, full application
Medium capacity
Reduced volume, the essentials kept in place
Low capacity
The minimum that keeps you connected to the work

An imperfect week does not mean returning to zero. Learning to adapt is part of the programme, not a failure of it.

Measuring progress

Visible physical change, honestly reviewed.

  • Strength and training progression
  • Body-composition and measurement change
  • Energy, sleep and recovery
  • Confidence and how you feel in your body
  • How consistently the plan fits your week
  • What you can now decide for yourself

Questions

Practical questions, answered.

Next step

You do not need everything figured out before you begin.

Applying begins a conversation. It does not commit you to joining.

We will look at what you want to change, what has been getting in the way and which route — Gym Coaching in Dubai or Online Coaching from 14 September 2026 — fits your life.

Complete the application and book a short fit call with Suzanne. This gives us the chance to talk through your goals, the most suitable route and whether The Foundation is right for you.

As a founding participant, you will receive close coaching inside the first delivery of The Foundation. Your feedback will help refine future cohorts, but the programme structure, training, support and 12-week outcome are already clearly defined.
